1. Nature of the Service
AniVortex is a non-profit, independent application that functions entirely as an automated search engine and indexer for movies, series, shows, and anime content available on the public internet.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER: AniVortex does NOT host, upload, or store any video files, media files, or copyright-protected material on our servers. All video streams and downloads provided within the App are scraped, aggregated, and linked from non-affiliated third-party servers and cyberlockers over which we have no control.
2. DMCA & Copyright Policy
We highly respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2.1 We Do Not Host Content
Because AniVortex does not host any files, taking down a link from our app will not remove the source video from the internet. The content will still be accessible through other search engines and the source websites.
To permanently remove copyrighted content from the internet, you must contact the web host or the video hosting provider directly (e.g., Google Drive, MP4Upload, StreamTape, Upstream, etc.). We are not responsible for the content hosted on third-party websites.
2.2 Courtesy Link Removal Process
If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and you believe that a link indexed in our App points to infringing material, we offer a courtesy removal of the link from our index.
To request the removal of a link, please email us with the following details:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL (source link) or exact title of the movie, series, or anime as it appears in our App.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Your physical or electronic signature, along with your contact information.

AniVortex contains links to third-party websites and services. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or safety of any content hosted on these third-party platforms. Your use of any linked third-party service is entirely at your own risk.

- You agree to use AniVortex solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You acknowledge that streaming or downloading content may be subject to the laws of your country or jurisdiction. We are not liable for how you choose to use the App.
- You agree not to use the App to distribute malware, reverse engineer our APIs, or abuse our systems.
